We deliver the whole display chain as one assembly: TFT panel, PCAP sensor, optical bonding, cover glass, controller board and firmware — tested together, shipped with one part number and one set of drawings.
Optical bonding is performed by qualified partners in a controlled environment, which is what makes sunlight readability and condensation resistance achievable rather than aspirational.
OCA or LOCA bonding removes the air gap: contrast in direct sunlight improves dramatically and internal condensation becomes impossible.
Firmware profiles for thick gloves, wet surfaces, disinfectant film and passive styluses — specified before we build, not discovered after.
Custom outline, corner radius, silk-screened logo and buttons, anti-glare etching, anti-fingerprint and anti-microbial coatings.
