The T113S3 HMI Display Module is the entry point of our industrial HMI line — designed for machine builders who need a genuine Linux user interface at a price point that used to buy only a monochrome MCU panel.
In-package DDR3L removes the highest-risk part of a memory layout, which is why this module routinely passes EMC testing on the first attempt. Combined with the integrated display controller, a complete 7" or 10.1" HMI reduces to one module, one panel and one carrier board with your connectors on it.
We supply the module as a castellated / board-to-board SoM, as a ready-made carrier assembly, or as a fully customised single board built to your mechanical drawing through our manufacturing coordination network.
The XuanTie C906 core handles deterministic I/O and boot-critical tasks while Linux runs on the Cortex-A7 pair — first frame on screen in under 1.5 seconds with a tuned image.
128 MB or 256 MB SiP memory eliminates DDR routing risk, shrinks the PCB to 4 layers and improves radiated-emission margins.
CAN 2.0B, two RS485-ready UARTs and Modbus RTU / TCP stacks are supported out of the box — no USB-serial bridges in the signal path.
Parallel RGB888 and single-channel LVDS with a configurable timing table; we pre-flash the timing for whichever panel you specify.
Qt 5.15 / Qt 6, LVGL 8/9, Slint or a Chromium kiosk build — delivered as a bootable image with your splash screen and application pre-installed.
